This policy explains the current privacy practices for Sia Studios games and this website. It applies to the released versions of Orbital Break and Gem Bounce. If a future product uses different data practices, we will provide an updated or product-specific notice before that practice begins.

Our website
Our public website does not offer accounts, use advertising cookies, or run our own analytics or marketing trackers. If you email us, we receive the information you include so that we can reply. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
Our games today
Orbital Break and Gem Bounce store gameplay progress and settings on your device. We do not operate Sia Studios game servers and do not require a Sia Studios account to play. We do not receive or keep a copy of your local game progress or settings.
Both games include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, consent signals, and diagnostics to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and, where permitted, personalize advertising. This processing is governed by Google’s policies and your applicable device, Google, and consent choices. We do not sell personal information.
Both games use Google’s consent tools where required. Ads are requested only when consent permits; if consent cannot be confirmed, ads stay disabled and gameplay remains available.
Optional Google Play Games features
If you choose to use a Google Play Games leaderboard, Google processes your Play Games profile and leaderboard activity under Google’s privacy terms. Sia Studios uses that connection only to submit and display the relevant score. In released builds, Orbital Break offers its Best Orbit Score leaderboard; Gem Bounce may offer leaderboard features only when they are enabled for that release.
How information is used
We use messages you send us to provide support and respond to requests. Third-party services described above use data to provide their services, including advertising, consent management, fraud prevention, and optional leaderboards. We do not use data from our games to build our own player profiles.
Sharing and international processing
We share information only with providers needed to operate the website, respond to you, or provide the disclosed game features. Those providers may process information in Canada or other countries where they operate, under their own privacy terms and safeguards.
Your choices and requests
You can manage advertising and privacy choices through your device and Google settings. Subject to applicable law, you may also ask us for access, correction, deletion, or information about personal information we hold. Use our Data & Account Requests page or email us. We may need to verify a request before responding.
Children
Our games are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Before any product is directed to children, we will assess it against applicable child-privacy and Google Play Families requirements.
Changes to this policy
