Our operating principle is data minimization: collect only what is needed to provide a feature, protect the service, meet legal obligations, or support a user request.
Our commitments
- We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
- We do not use personal data for purposes that are incompatible with a disclosed product purpose.
- We use modern encrypted transport (HTTPS) for information sent over public networks.
- We review third-party SDKs and services before use and aim to avoid unnecessary collection.
- We provide a contact route for access, correction, deletion, and privacy questions.
Website data
This public website is designed to work without accounts, advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or marketing trackers. If you email us, we receive the information in your message so we can respond. Web hosting and security infrastructure may create limited technical logs necessary to operate and defend the service.
Game and app data
Data practices vary by product version. For example, a game may store settings or game progress locally on the device. A product that includes advertising may use a consent-management tool and advertising SDK. The actual collection, use, sharing, and retention for a released app must be disclosed in the app, its Google Play store listing, and the Google Play Data safety form for that exact release.
Advertising
Where advertising is enabled, we intend to use it responsibly. We use test identifiers during development and require production configuration and consent review before a release. Advertising providers may use device or advertising identifiers, IP address, consent signals, and related information according to their own policies and configuration. Personalized advertising, where offered, must be subject to required notices, consent, and choices.
Sharing
We share information only when necessary to provide a requested service; with service providers acting on our behalf; to comply with law or enforce rights; or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate notice where required. We do not permit providers to sell personal or sensitive user data obtained from our products.
Deletion requests
Users can request deletion of account-associated or other personal data we control through our Data & Account Requests page. We will explain if we need information to identify the request or if limited retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or a legitimate record-keeping obligation.
AI-assisted development
We may use AI-assisted tools in our internal development process. This does not by itself mean that a product sends your personal data to an AI service. If a released product uses an AI feature that processes user data, we will provide an appropriate in-product notice and update the relevant data disclosures before enabling it.
