For Sia Studios products and services

You can request deletion of an account and associated personal data, ask for access or correction, or ask a privacy question by email. This page is available as an external request route for Google Play users.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data or Account Request and include:

the name of the Sia Studios game or app;
the email address, account identifier, or other information associated with the request, if applicable;
whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, or another action; and
enough detail for us to locate the relevant information without sending sensitive information you do not need to provide.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and may ask for information necessary to verify that you are the person entitled to make it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If deletion cannot be completed in full—for example, because information must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting reasons—we will explain the reason and limit retained information to what is necessary.

Local-only data

Some game settings and progress may be stored only on your device. If we do not receive or control that data, deleting the app or using the app’s own reset controls may remove it from the device. We cannot delete data that we do not possess.

Google Play accounts

Purchases, installation history, and Google account information are managed by Google under Google’s terms and privacy controls. Requests concerning those records should be directed to Google.
